Fudge Pinecones

Make Christmas fun with these creative and beautiful fudge pinecones.



For the fudge:

  • 1 cup nut butter (I used almond butter)
  • 1 cup chickpeas (cooked & drained)
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp natural vanilla essence
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt

For decoration:


  1. Place all ingredients together in a food processor and process until well combined and the mixture comes together to form a ball.
  2. Divide into 8-10 pieces and form into pine-shaped ovals
  3. Decorate with natural almond slices.
  4. Store in the fridge.
