Too-Pretty-To-Eat Unicorn Bounty Bars

These Unicorn Bounty Bars add sparkle and magic to your life while keeping it naturally healthysans refined sugar or artificial colouring and flavoring!



For the unicorn bars:

For the chocolate coating


  1. For the bars, combine coconut cream, coconut butter, and rice malt syrup in a large mixing bowl. Mix well until everything is combined
  2. Once combined, fold in desiccated coconut
  3. Divide mixture between 3 bowls
  4. Add superfood powders to each bowl to create different colours (pink, blue, yellow)
  5. Mix well to combine coconut mixture and superfood powders
  6. Next, combine the three different colours by carefully folding them together. Make sure the layer the colours to create the unicorn effect
  7. Once combined, press mixture down into a square baking tin lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 2-3 hours
  8. For the chocolate coating, whisk the ingredients together in a bowl until smooth
  9. Once set, into bars and individually coat each bar with the melted chocolate
  10. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set
  11. Enjoy!
